We’ve been told innumerable times by the mainstream media that the one thing holding Donald Trump back from winning the presidency will be the Hispanic vote. Liberals and pundits insist that immigrants and the descendants of immigrants from Central and South America simply won’t vote for The Donald because he wants to put up a border wall.
Well, don’t tell that to this Colombian Trump supporter. At a Thursday rally in Las Vegas, she came up on stage and excitedly screamed her support for Trump as he signed a magazine cover for her.
At the Vegas event, Trump reveled in his media success.
“Got a call from one of the biggest reporters, who I actually do have great respect for,” Trump began. “He said to me, ‘Could I ask you one question? How does it feel?’”
The reporter was referring to Trump being on the cover of numerous magazines — all at the same time.
“I think I’m on 14 covers this week. I’m on more covers than any supermodel in history!” Trump said.
Then he brought up a Colombian woman who had a copy of his cover on People Magazine. She gushed effusively about the man she said she was voting for.
“I’m Hispanic and I vote for Mr. Trump! We vote for Mr. Trump! Yes! Mr. Trump,” she screamed, ending with, “We love you! We love you!”
