'Druggie' moved by Obama speech calls police to turn in dope... won't face jail timeA West Virginia man was apparently moved so much by an anti-drug speech given by President Barack Obama that he called police to his house to confiscate a large amount of drugs.
During a speech on Oct. 21 in Charleston, W.V., Obama talked personally about how he had done illegal drugs as a young man.
A few hours after the speech, the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office got a call from a man who asked police to take his drugs and help him kick his habit.
