The Virginia campaign chairman for Democratic presidential candidate Martin O’Malley has been arrested on federal child pornography charges.

The Richmond Times-Dispatch reports that Michael C. Teegarden was arrested shortly before 8 AM Thursday morning, as federal agents executed a search warrant of his home. Teegarden, who is also senior vice president of wealth management firm The Main Street Group, is accused of “online trading of digital child pornography on a peer-to-peer file-sharing network.”
