Illegal aliens who make it into the United States are essentially rewarded by President Barack Obama’s government with multiple layers of protection that include welfare benefits, jobs, housing and, in some cases, free education.

Now, they have something else to look forward to if an Illinois Democrat gets his way with the introduction of a new plan that would open up Obamacare exchanges to illegal aliens and even offer them the same subsidies that American citizens receive.

Rep. Luis Gutiérrez, D-Ill., cited Pope Francis’ quotation of “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you,” claiming that the pontiff inspired him and his colleagues when he reminded Congress of the Golden Rule during his visit to the United States.

Gutiérrez, a close ally of Obama, wants to reward illegal aliens with a full healthcare package.

“The goal is to make integration and inclusion real for millions of families that are locked out under current law,” he said on the House floor Wednesday. “That is why I am introducing the Exchange Inclusion for a Healthy America Act of 2015, a bill to give people complete access to the Affordable Care Act regardless of their immigration status.”

His legislation would further incentivize the risk that illegal aliens take when they make the trip into the United States.
