Lindsey Graham: Carson ‘Has No Idea What He Would Do’ During Shooting

He’d do it for all the right reasons.

Republican presidential candidate Dr. Ben Carson’s straightforward and no-nonsense attitude has managed not only to keep him in the race for the White House, but also inch ahead of rival and front-runner Donald Trump.

Carson’s views resonate with many conservatives, and perhaps one of his most salient issues is abortion. Carson has called abortion the “literal enemy of our children,” and he has had no qualms discussing the matter, according to Breitbart.

In fact, when he was asked what he would do to support the constitutional rights of the unborn if elected president, he said, “First of all, I would use the bully pulpit to talk about the culture of life.”

Carson also said he would appoint judges and justices who are in favor of protecting the unborn.

Liberals have attacked Carson on his pro-life stance, but it hasn’t deterred him from speaking the truth. He has argued that responsibility coupled with education would help turn things around for a generation that witnesses far too many abortions.

“Financial stability and education will do our children no good if they are not alive to experience them,” Carson wrote in his latest book, “A More Perfect Union: What We the People Can Do to Reclaim Our Constitutional Liberties.”

When asked about his supporters, Carson said, “There’ve been so many people who’ve come up to me saying, ‘You’re our last hope.”

“And I do recognize why they feel that way. They are afraid that we are becoming less of a country for, of, and by the people and more of a country for the government,” he added.
