Good for him!
Donald Trump has attracted the ire of many feminists and liberals because they see him as a continuation of the supposed “war on women” that all Republicans are magically guilty of.
In the latest example, Trump was taking questions Monday at a No Labels Problem Solver Convention in New Hampshire when a feminist accused him of being anti-woman.
“Maybe you can prove me wrong, but I don’t think you’re a friend to women,” the woman said.
She also asked if, should The Donald be elected president, women would receive equal pay. Trump responded in a way that only he could:
“You’re gonna make the same if you do as good a job,” he said.
Trump also had some strong words for those who think that he doesn’t respect women.
“I respect women incredibly. I have had women working for me in positions that they have never worked in terms of construction, in terms of so many different jobs,” he said. “I had a woman who was in charge of the building of Trump Tower many years ago … I have given women more opportunity than, I would say, virtually anybody in the construction industry.”
Trump went on to say that he’s feels very strongly about women’s health issues, and that he “cherishes” women.
“I’m going to take care of women, and I have great respect for women and I do cherish women,” Trump said.
