Judge Jeanine Pirro, one of hardest hitting, no-nonsense legal experts in all of cable news, recently appeared on Fox News’ “Hannity” and laid out a list of compelling reasons why former Secretary of State Hillary Clintonshould already be trying on prison pantsuits.
Host Sean Hannity pointed out that multiple experts have claimed that the FBI will recover Clinton’s “wiped” emails, which are widely thought to contain a host of secretive documents that could shed light on several controversies that Clinton has been involved in over the years.
Pirro indicated that Clinton had classified information on unauthorized, non-government computers, which is a clear violation of federal law.
“You’ve got destruction of evidence. You’ve got obstruction of Justice. You’ve got Federal Records Act violations,” Pirro said.
Hannity explained that he knew of three specific laws that Clinton had already broken and Pirro interrupted him by saying: “There’s at least seven that I’ve found. The woman should be indicted!”
The two then discussed whether or not the U.S. Department of Justice would take the case to the next level and, while Hannity wasn’t confident in Attorney General Loretta Lynch’s willingness to do so, Pirro said that she knew Lynch to be fair and competent.
In the Fox News video, Pirro also raised the question of why Clinton and her team have blatantly ignored the Freedom of Information Act and denied several inspectors general access to her stored documents over the years.
“I’ll tell you why,” Hannity said. “Because the Clintons have gotten away with so much over the years, she arrogantly believed that this would go away. And I actually think — I don’t think she’s going to survive this.”
Pirro, known to not pull any punches, agreed and again proclaimed that Clinton should be indicted.
